As autism and other special needs become a rising issue, so does finding places you and your child can do your shopping without having to worry about loud music, too many people, and other overwhelming distractions. For your convenience, here we have listed shopping centers local to Hamilton county that may be suited for you and your child.
Target
While Target may not be the least crowded place to shop, their chains do not play music, which is good for autistic children sensitive to sound. Target also provides Caroline's cart, a shopping cart with a child's seat open facing the person walking.
Dollar tree
Dollar tree, a chain that not only spreads across Indiana, but other states as well, plays no music. Which is helpful to sensitive ears.
